Job Completed: Nissan Juke BCM fault – Fixed with New Body Control Module & Reprogrammed Keys

We recently helped a customer who was stuck with a car that wouldn’t start using either the main or spare key — a frustrating and confusing issue for any driver.

Diagnosis: Full Body Control Module Failure

After arriving on-site, we carried out a full diagnostic scan using our dealer-level equipment. It quickly became clear that the issue wasn’t with the keys themselves, but with the Nissan Juke BCM, which had completely shut down.

The BCM is a critical part of modern vehicles, controlling many electronic systems including key recognition, immobiliser, and ignition response.

The Fix: Replaced & Reprogrammed

We ordered a brand-new module specific to the customer’s vehicle, and once it arrived, we:

  • Installed the replacement Body Control Module

  • Reprogrammed both the main and spare keys to the new system

  • Ran a full system check to ensure all components were working as they should

The result? The car started perfectly and was back on the road, without the need for expensive dealership intervention.

Big Savings for the Customer
