We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all parts and accessories.

  • Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return address and reference.

  • Customers are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover any return postage costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions

Certain products may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Custom-cut or special-order items

  • Products that show signs of use or installation
