Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, and original packaging

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a refund

How to Arrange a Return (Important)

Before returning any item, you must contact us first.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once we receive your email, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

❗ Do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay or invalidate your return.

Return Postage Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs initially

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • We will process a refund for the item

  • We will also refund reasonable return postage costs, where applicable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases:

  • Return postage will be fully refunded once the item is received and verified

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, security, and industry reasons, some items may be non-returnable, including (but not limited to):

  • Cut or modified key blades

  • Programmed or used electronic components

  • Items damaged due to incorrect fitting or misuse
