Protect your caravan or trailer with the Bulldog DM ALKO / ALBE Hitch Lock, a heavy-duty security device designed for compatible ALKO and ALBE hitch heads up to 92mm wide.

Manufactured from 4mm thick steel, the Bulldog DM encloses the hitch head and its fixings to help prevent tampering and unauthorised towing. It can be used while your caravan or trailer is hitched, unhitched or secured with a compatible Bulldog Lock Post, making it a versatile option for touring, storage and everyday use.

With Sold Secure Gold approval, Secured by Design recognition and insurance approval, the Bulldog DM provides robust, British-made protection for compatible ALKO and ALBE trailer and caravan hitches.

Designed for ALKO & ALBE Hitch Heads
The Bulldog DM is suitable for:
ALKO hitch heads
ALBE hitch heads
Compatible hitch heads up to 92mm wide
Caravans
Trailers

Always measure or confirm your hitch head specification before ordering to ensure it falls within the 92mm maximum width.

Hitched or Unhitched Security
The Bulldog DM provides flexible protection and can be used:
While your caravan or trailer is hitched
While it is unhitched
With a compatible Bulldog Lock Post

This makes it a practical security solution whether you're travelling, staying on a campsite or storing your caravan or trailer at home.

Heavy-Duty 4mm Steel Construction
The Bulldog DM features a 4mm thick steel bottom channel designed to enclose the hitch head and its fixings.

This creates a substantial physical barrier around the coupling, helping restrict access to important components while the hitch lock is fitted.

High-Security Lock
A drill and pick-resistant high-security locking mechanism provides additional protection against common methods of attack.
Combined with the heavy-duty steel construction, this provides strong physical security without making the lock unnecessarily complicated to fit.

Dummy Ring Protection
The Bulldog DM incorporates a dummy ring that restricts access to the towing point while your caravan or trailer is unhitched.
This helps prevent an unauthorised vehicle from connecting to the hitch and towing it away.

Compact and Easy to Use
Despite its heavy-duty construction, the Bulldog DM is designed to be quick and straightforward to fit.

Its compact design also makes it convenient to store when travelling, making it well suited to caravan and trailer owners who regularly need to fit and remove their security device.
