Hardened Steel Construction
The CC100 is constructed using 40 × 40 mm hollow-section steel, with case-hardened upper arms providing additional resistance against physical attack.

Wheel Nut Protection
A 150 mm diameter rubber-backed steel disc covers the wheel nuts when the clamp is installed.
